The Internet has saved the turban-picking crisis (with www.turbanizer.com)
September 3rd, 2008 Posted in randomI don’t know about what you think, but I think the Internet has really changed how many things work, how information is sought for, how banking is done, how the dating scene works, and tons of other (more important…) and better examples has changed of how the Internet is a revolution of society.
One of the things that haven’t changed until now is how to choose your Turban. I really hate spending hours and hours in the Turban Centers going through 10-20 stores before finding the right turban that fits my head (My head size is 60cm in diameter…size does matter!). But now, the Internet has come to save me so I can reclaim my Saturdays again.
Enter, turbanizer.com. A true Mecca of all that is turbans. Here you can upload a picture of you and try an almost UNLIMITED amounts of turbans without messing up your hair or going to your local turban center. This can save you, as it did me, hours of TTing as we in the know call it (TT = turban trying).
I have made an Andy Warhol inspired collage (I know it’s a stretch, but you see what I mean, my highly intelligent reader) of me and some turbans that I “tried” on the site. A true time saver, this site, that I highly recommend. This is one of the sites that show cases what the Internet is capable of.
